I haven’t posted a workout for almost a week because I haven’t done anything for almost a week. Classes started this week and I found out I may have broken my wrist and I’ve just been exhausted. But I biked today for awhile and it felt nice to do some cardio but I do miss lifting and it’s only been a week :/ Ohh well I guess…hope you guys are keeping up with progress and sticking to your goals!
